Great chair for my home office. It’s comfortable, easy to assemble, and the wheels roll smoothly. The back support is nice and I can sit for hours without feeling tired. Good value for the price.

Confortable office chair!

It is a great office chair for the money, easy installation, and good quality materials. The back support has a slight wobble left to right, even though the screws are tight, and from time to time, a very slight cracking noise is heard. This is perhaps the most comfortable office chair I have ever used.

I purchased this chair July of 2025. I work from home so I was looking for a chair that was great for back support, rotating arm rest, and comfortable. It hit all of the marks.Randomly, when going to stand the wheel broke off the base, breaking a small peice of the base. I was devastated as there is no fixing it as is. I used this chair 30+ hours a week. $150 is hard earned. I took the chance reaching out to the seller to see if I could purchase a new base. They responded quickly and kindly, offering to send FREE parts to fix it (base). I couldn't believe it. Within 2 to 3 hours I was provided with expedited tracking information for the replacement parts.Great chair, great seller. Can't complain!*side note - this chair is great, I just don't think it agrees with carpet, i feel possibly pushing back to get up created pressure on the back wheel causing it to break. I have desk that can raise to stand while working, I'm up and down all the time. If you have carpet, get a protector for the carpet.

Great chair, but there is a cut in the right arm rest. See first photo. The value is great and is very comfortable for someone having lower back issues. All adjustments work well and the chair is well built. Would have 5 stars with perfect condition.
