I had a very difficult time putting this chair together due to the weight. Then we had a very difficult time putting this chair together. The back of the chair must be attached to the seat with four screws. I’ve put other chairs together but due to the weight this one is much different. The instructions have arrows pointing the back to the seat. I would like to see a video of someone putting this chair together. There is no customer service phone number. Imagine running through the airport with a suitcase full of styrofoam vs one filled with olympic weights. That is the difference between putting this chair together and putting other chairs together. Some of the good reviews for this chair are not for this chair but other Vigosit models. You can see it in the pictures and descriptions. The allen wrech disintegrated as I was putting this chair together. If I was able to fully assemble the chair I would have a very difficult time tightening the screws. Now I can’t assemble it or return it because the allen wrench won’t turn the screws. I couldn’t imagine how much it would be to return an item like this so I gave it away.

This chair is much bigger than most, and it is really comfy. It is worth every penny. If I had a complaint it would be that the arm rest don’t go down lower, and I don’t like that they can sway back and forth or should say click.

I sit all day for work and before this chair, my back would hurt halfway through the day with this chair. My back is comfortable and supported, and I can work all day without pain. The chair looks great and was easy to assemble. I couldn’t ask for more.

I also like the retractable foot pedal. When I need to stretch out, it’s nice to be able to relax my legs.

Great chair! Came with everything needed. It is a very nice, big, and comfortable chair. The vibrating back pillow is nice as well. I can fit perfectly in this chair, with room to grow. It's heavy duty. It can recline with footrest so if you want to watch a movie it's perfect too. The built-in massage feature is so awesome that it provides true massage experience by dual direction massage adjustment and back core zone optional heating function. The heated lumbar support fits perfectly to the contours of area of neck and back. It was pretty easy to assemble and its super comfortable. It took me about 30 min to put it all together. The chair is covered by PU leather in black which makes it look so classic and elegant.
